Project Manager IV - Real Estate/ Construction - (Sirion, Ivalua)

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

       Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.

       -10+ years of experience in construction contracting, sourcing using RFI and RFPs, and commercial negoiations, including using AIA-based agreements for capital projects (> $5 million).

       Proven experience working across global construction programs and multi-region stakeholder environments (NA, EMEA, APAC).

       Deep expertise in:

o       AIA contract structures and supplementary conditions.

o       Construction contracting and project delivery models.

o       Facilities and capital project sourcing.

       Experience working with global facilities and construction management vendors such as JLL, Cushman & Wakefield, or CBRE.

       Strong executive presence with ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment.

       Experience using contract lifecycle management and procurement tools (such as Sirion, Ivalua).
