Maintenance Supervisor
Pay:  $46-$48/hr (based on experience) + year-end bonus Schedule: Monday – Friday 7:30am-5:30pm (schedule can vary) Responsibilities:   Plan and oversee daily maintenance activities, including preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and emergency repairs across all shifts.Repair, install and dismantle machinery and equipment according to plans which involves working at heights, climbing ladders and using mobile equipment (cranes, forklift, scissor lift, etc.). Plan and lead maintenance teams and external vendors during plant shutdowns and equipment installations. Train multi-craft maintenance technicians, ensuring that all employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively. Test electrical systems and continuity of circuits in electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures, using testing devices such as ohmmeters, voltmeters, and oscilloscopes. Lead breakdown response and troubleshooting efforts and prioritize critical repairs to minimize downtime. Connect to PLC’s and VFD’s using laptop software to identify faults, monitor inputs/outputs, and support production troubleshooting. Support welding, fabrication, and equipment modifications as needed. Identify and upgrade electrical components (VFD’s, I/O cards, PLC’s, etc.) to ensure proper inventory of spare parts are readily available. Reads and understands wiring diagrams to trace electrical circuits; IO’s, OL’s, contactors, relays, break resisters and various other electrical components.  Manage and oversee outside contractors, vendors, and service providers performing work onsite. Develop and improve preventive and predictive maintenance procedures in WO system.
