Position DetailsFlexible schedule and hours.Weekend, holiday, and overtime availability is required based on business needs.Key ResponsibilitiesClean and maintain guest rooms, cottages, cabins, and public areas to luxury hospitality standards.Prepare guest accommodations with exceptional attention to detail, ensuring every space is clean, organized, and welcoming.Change bed linens, replenish amenities, and ensure all guest supplies are fully stocked.Vacuum, dust, sweep, mop, and sanitize all assigned areas.Iron linens and other guest items as needed to maintain a polished presentation.Report maintenance concerns or damaged items promptly.Follow all company safety, sanitation, and quality standards.Provide warm, courteous, and professional interactions with guests while respecting their privacy.Work efficiently both independently and as part of a collaborative team.Be comfortable rotating between different areas of the property as operational needs require, including guest rooms, cottages, cabins, public spaces, and laundry.
