Specification Engineer (South)

1. Project Specification & Stakeholder ManagementDevelop and promote Sika product specifications to owners, consultants, architects, designers, and other project stakeholders.Follow up and influence projects to secure Sika products in project specifications.Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.Monitor project progress and update management on specification status and opportunities.2. Technical Consulting & Solution DevelopmentProvide expert technical recommendations, specifications, drawings, and application methods to customers.Support customers with technically sound solutions that meet project requirements.Continuously evaluate and improve product specifications, drawings, and technical documentation to address market needs.3. Training & Knowledge TransferDeliver product, system, and technology training to customers, partners, and internal teams.Support the transfer of technical knowledge and best practices to Sales, Technical Service, and other relevant functions.Promote new products, technologies, and innovative solutions to the market.4. Product Innovation & Market DevelopmentIdentify market needs and contribute to new product development and launch initiatives together with the Technology team.Provide market feedback and technical insights to support business growth and product positioning.5. Compliance, Reporting & Operational ExcellenceMaintain accurate project records, activity reports, and documentation.Ensure confidentiality of company information and customer data.Comply with company policies, regulations, and EHS requirements.Perform other duties as assigned by management.
