Key ResponsibilitiesLead projects from start to finish, including buyout, construction, and closeoutManage project schedule, budget, quality, and profitabilityLead and mentor PMs, APMs, and Project EngineersManage major equipment purchases and specialty subcontractorsOversee BIM coordination and prefabricationWork closely with field teams to keep construction on scheduleManage change orders, forecasting, billing, and project costsBuild strong relationships with clients and general contractorsOversee commissioning, punch lists, inspections, and project closeoutIdentify project risks early and develop solutionsQualifications10–15+ years of mechanical/plumbing construction project management experienceExperience leading $30M+ MEP projectsStrong commercial or industrial construction backgroundDeep knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, hydronic, and other MEP systemsExperience managing project teams and developing junior staffStrong financial and change-order management skillsExperience with Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft OfficeExperience with Navisworks, Revit, P6, or MS ProjectField/trade background such as plumber, pipefitter, or HVAC mechanic is a strong plusBachelor’s degree preferred, but equivalent senior-level construction or trade experience will be considered
