Overnight In-Room Dining Server

Reporting to the In Room Dining Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:             ResponsibilitiesConsistently offer professional, friendly and engaging serviceAssist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful wayHave full knowledge of all beverage lists and menu itemsDeliver food and beverage in a timely and accurate mannerCheck outgoing orders for quality and accuracy of set upFollow outlet policies, procedures and service standardsFollow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverageFollow daily assigned employee shift side work.Double check all VIP orders with your manager on dutyImmediately communicate all special guest needs to your Manger on duty.Paces all In Room Dining order distribution and deliveries to our standardsAssist with amenity delivery.Assist coordinating removal of IRD equipment from guest rooms and public areas and sorting out all retrieved condiments and equipment’s and stored accordingly.Maintain departmental requisitioned supplies properly stored and organized.Other duties as assignedWhat is in it for you:Paid time offMedical, Dental and Vision Insurance, 401KComplimentary shift mealEmployee benefit card offering discounted rates in Accor worldwideLearning programs through our Academies and Educational Assistance for further developmentOpportunity to develop your talent and grow within your property and across the world!Ability to make a difference through our Corporate Social Responsibility activities, like Sustainability Committee
