Senior Industrial Engineer

AECOM is recruiting talented individuals to lead our Industrial Engineering team across multiple regions and offices.Reporting to a Market Sector Leader or Industrial Principal, you will support the delivery of high-value Advanced Manufacturing and Industrial projects, contributing to both technical excellence and commercial success while developing Client relationships and Business developmentAs the Senior Industrial Engineer, you will develop and deliver a high-performing Process Optimization capability that delivers complex, high-impact projects across a range of Federal and Commercial industries, while embedding Lean thinking and industrial best practice into all aspects of delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesIn this role, your expectations will include, but will not be limited to:Manage the development of value propositions for process optimization, manufacturing and industrial advisory servicesDevelop data-driven insights and translate them into practical, deliverable solutionsManage and Deliver projects and workstreams to agreed quality, cost and scheduleApply Lean, Six Sigma and industrial engineering techniques to analyze and improve client operationsBuild effective relationships with clients and internal stakeholdersContribute to business development activities, including proposals and thought leadershipCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams across AECOMContribute to the development of best practice methods and standardsSupport capability development through coaching, mentoring and knowledge sharingThis role will include travel across the United States, as well as internationally as needed
