Sr. Cloud Architect

We're looking for a Senior Cloud Architect to join our team of hands-on engineering consultants, supporting customer development, test, and production environments. This role is for an experienced Platform and Infrastructure Architect capable of identifying and implementing end-to-end solutions for a large, complex system of systems across both cloud and hybrid on-premise environments. You'll function as a subject matter expert for the customer, leading a small team of Cloud Engineers to identify, propose, develop, and implement infrastructure and platform solutions — while advocating your designs effectively with both C-Suite leaders and non-technical staff.Key Responsibilities:Design large-scale system solutions and communicate and advocate designs effectively to C-Suite leaders and non-technical stakeholders.Lead and manage a small team of Cloud Engineers.Own system administration, networking, and CI/CD pipeline administration in GitLab.Manage pipeline and security tooling, including vulnerability assessments and scanning.Administer Kubernetes clusters, including AKS and on-prem K8s.Build and maintain testing infrastructure, including machine and container images.Perform upgrades and ongoing maintenance of system infrastructure and tooling.
