Fellow | ProSidian Fellowship Program Participant
The Fellow is a practitioner-level role within the ProSidian Fellowship Program for professionals with relevant consulting, technical, analytical, operational, training, research, business-development, project-support, or client-service experience who want to contribute to professional-services opportunities through an established consulting platform. Fellows may support multiple stages of the consulting lifecycle. Before an engagement is awarded, they may research clients and markets, support opportunity qualification, contribute technical or management content, assist with proposals, identify talent, prepare presentations, provide specialist insight, or support business-development activities.Following award, Fellows may serve as consultants, analysts, specialists, researchers, trainers, facilitators, technical writers, program-support professionals, subject-matter experts, or client-facing delivery team members.  The role is designed for self-directed professionals who consistently produce high-quality work, communicate reliably, collaborate effectively, and demonstrate the potential to assume broader pursuit, technical, client-facing, project-management, or leadership responsibilities over time.RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIESFellows may perform some or all of the following responsibilities depending on professional background, expertise, availability, client requirements, and engagement-specific needs.Opportunity Identification and ResearchResearch clients, industries, programs, markets, procurement activity, competitors, and emerging requirements.Identify potential consulting opportunities, client needs, program initiatives, market signals, and relevant procurement activity.Support opportunity qualification by collecting and analyzing background information.Contribute market insight, technical expertise, client familiarity, or professional perspective to business-development discussions.Support development of account, market, and opportunity research.Capture and Proposal SupportSupport capture planning and proposal-development activities.Contribute research, technical content, management content, resumes, past-performance information, and supporting documentation.Assist with development of technical narratives, management approaches, staffing plans, presentation materials, and other proposal components.Participate in proposal reviews and quality checks.Support opportunity tracking, issue tracking, compliance checks, and documentation.Contribute specialist insight to strengthen positioning and solution development.Help identify qualified personnel, partners, or supporting resources for pursuits.Support oral presentations, demonstrations, client meetings, and related pursuit activities where appropriate.Consulting and Analytical DeliveryPerform research, analysis, assessments, reviews, evaluations, data interpretation, documentation, and other consulting activities.Support clients in understanding operational, technical, organizational, regulatory, process, workforce, technology, or management issues.Develop practical findings, recommendations, reports, presentations, and support documentation.Apply client methods, standards, procedures, tools, and systems as required.Maintain appropriate documentation supporting assumptions, conclusions, decisions, and deliverables.Technical and Business WritingDevelop or contribute to reports, analyses, procedures, plans, briefings, proposals, white papers, presentations, training materials, research papers, and technical documentation.Translate complex technical or business information into clear, concise, professional content.Support editing, quality review, formatting, document control, and production activities.Ensure written products comply with client instructions, contractual requirements, and ProSidian quality standards.Project ExecutionExecute assigned tasks accurately and on schedule.Maintain clear awareness of scope, expectations, deadlines, dependencies, and required outputs.Communicate status, issues, risks, assumptions, and availability changes promptly.Support task tracking, work planning, issue management, meeting coordination, and reporting.Coordinate with project managers, workstream leads, technical leads, Senior Fellows, Executive Fellows, and other team members.Follow established project-management and quality-control processes.Data, Process, and Requirements SupportCollect, organize, review, and interpret qualitative and quantitative information.Support process mapping, workflow analysis, requirements gathering, gap analysis, and operational assessments.Assist with development of performance measures, dashboards, trackers, decision-support tools, or related project artifacts.Support issue identification, root-cause analysis, and improvement recommendations.Maintain accurate records, supporting data, and project documentation.Training and FacilitationSupport or deliver training sessions, workshops, facilitated meetings, briefings, working groups, and knowledge-transfer activities.Develop learning materials, job aids, presentations, reference guides, and supporting documentation.Coordinate training logistics and participant materials as required.Assist facilitators and instructors with delivery preparation and follow-up.Help capture decisions, actions, lessons learned, and stakeholder feedback.Client Communication and Stakeholder SupportParticipate professionally in client meetings, working sessions, interviews, workshops, and project discussions.Communicate clearly with client personnel, team members, partners, and other stakeholders.Prepare meeting notes, action items, status updates, and supporting documentation.Build professional relationships through reliable, responsive, high-quality work.Escalate issues or questions appropriately when additional guidance is required.Quality and DocumentationReview work for accuracy, completeness, consistency, and compliance with instructions.Maintain organized documentation and version control.Follow applicable review, approval, and quality-assurance processes.Identify discrepancies, gaps, risks, or assumptions requiring clarification.Protect client, company, and project information in accordance with applicable requirements.Knowledge Transfer and Thought LeadershipContribute to knowledge-sharing activities, research, professional insights, case studies, articles, white papers, presentations, and other intellectual capital.Document lessons learned and reusable practices.Share relevant technical, industry, or functional knowledge with team members.Support development of ProSidian capabilities and market awareness.Relationship and Account DevelopmentBuild constructive relationships with clients, project personnel, partners, and professional networks.Identify potential follow-on needs or adjacent client requirements.Communicate relevant opportunities or client observations to engagement and business-development leadership.Support repeat business by consistently delivering professional client value.
