This role is responsible for accurate cash and ticket handling, maintaining bank security, balancing daily transactions, and delivering professional guest service by providing attraction and area information. This is a fun fast-paced, high‑volume environment where accuracy, professionalism, and Westgate’s core values - Integrity, Passion, and Work Ethic, guide every interaction.What You Will Do:Sell attraction tickets and book dinner show reservations.Accurately handle cash and balance daily ticket banks.Complete daily paperwork, deposits, and transaction logs.Provide guests with attraction information, directions, and maps.Resolve guest questions and concerns professionally.Maintain a clean, organized, and secure work area.Follow all cash-handling and internal control procedures.Provide limited OPC support during overflow periods, as needed.
