Redcare Pharmacy currently employs nearly 3,000 people across Europe, including more than 1,800 in the Netherlands alone. The role offers a unique combination of national responsibility and international collaboration – a great fit for someone who enjoys both depth and variety in their work.About your tasks:Work as part of a 4-person team with shared ownership of the end-to-end Dutch payroll process.Ensure accurate and compliant payroll processing for over 1,800 employees in the Netherlands, including time-tracking and blue-collar profiles.Collaborate with the HR Service team and payroll colleagues from other Redcare countries and contribute to system integration efforts (e.g. Workday).Maintain close cooperation with external payroll vendors and service providers to ensure smooth operations.Identify opportunities to improve payroll processes and support our growth journey as we scale up professionally.
