Senior Project Manager (Corporate Fit Out - New built/A&A)

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead new build and A&A construction projects from concept through to completion. This role requires strong technical expertise, stakeholder management, and the ability to deliver projects within defined timelines, budget, and quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the full lifecycle of new build and A&A construction projects, from feasibility and design through to completion and handoverWork independently and collaboratively to deliver key projects in line with contractual, regulatory, and client requirementsApply project management frameworks, processes, and tools to ensure structured and efficient project deliveryCoordinate and manage internal teams, external stakeholders, consultants, and contractors across all phasesOversee design development and authority submissions, ensuring compliance with local codes and regulatory requirementsLead procurement activities, including preparation and review of trade tender packages for building worksAppoint and manage contractors and subcontractors while maintaining governance and probity standardsAdminister construction contracts, including evaluation of progress claims, variations, and extensions of timeMonitor site progress for structural, architectural, and M&E works, ensuring alignment with project schedulesPrepare, review, and track project programmes, ensuring timely delivery against approved timelinesMonitor and control project costs to ensure delivery within approved budgetsManage completion activities including testing & commissioning, TOP/CSC processes (where applicable), handover, and defects rectificationLiaise with local authorities and agencies to secure necessary approvals for new build and A&A worksEnsure compliance with workplace safety, health, and environmental regulationsImplement and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure high standards in construction delivery
