Safety, Health & Environment Business Partner

We are hiring a Safety, Health & Environment (SH&E) Business Partner based in either Sydney or Melbourne, to support our business leaders and their teams, across office and field environments on complex, multidisciplinary infrastructure and consulting projects. You will act as a trusted advisor, partnering with leaders to build a proactive SH&E culture, and translate strategy into practical outcomes while collaborating across our Australia–New Zealand (ANZ) network.Job Description Partner with leaders to drive a proactive SH&E culture and provide pragmatic, commercially savvy advice.

Collegiately develop, consult and implement SH&E programs and initiatives, embedding them into project planning and delivery.

Lead risk management activities relevant to business lines, including audit and assurance programs, and support incident investigations to identify continuous improvements opportunities.

Monitor performance trends and convert insights into actionable plans for continuous improvement.

Champion psychosocial risk management and mental health initiatives, building strong relationships and being a part of the ANZ SHE Team network.
