About your Tasks: Define and execute a forward-looking European Facility Management strategy aligned with business growth, operational resilience, and cost efficiency, driving long-term value creation and sustainabilityHold overall accountability for a diverse international FM portfolio (logistics sites, warehouses, headquarters, and office locations), ensuring governance, compliance, and operational continuity through strong leadership rather than hands-on executionLead and empower a decentralized, multi-country FM organization, building high-performing leadership structures, clear accountability models, and a culture of ownership, transparency, and continuous improvementProvide strategic direction to Technical Engineering leadership, ensuring strong alignment, prioritization, and organizational effectiveness without requiring deep technical specializationOwn and steer a budget, driving financial transparency, performance management, vendor strategy, and long-term investment planning (CAPEX/OPEX)Establish scalable governance frameworks, KPIs, reporting structures, and management systems, acting as a senior business partner to Operations, Logistics, HR, Finance, and Executive Leadership across Europe
