LC-MS/MS and Proteomics Analytical Scientist

We are seeking a highly motivated Mass Spectrometry & Proteomics Scientist to support discovery research, lipid nanoparticle (LNP) formulation development, pharmacology, bioanalytical, analytical, and CMC activities. The successful candidate will be a collaborative, detail-oriented scientist with a strong desire to learn, adapt, and contribute to a fast-paced research environment. This role offers the opportunity to work across multiple scientific disciplines while leveraging advanced mass spectrometry technologies and automated laboratory platforms to drive research and development programs.Key Responsibilities:Utilize LC-MS/MS methods to quantify proteins and other analytes in biological matrices, including cells, tissues, and plasma.Implement automated high-throughput sample processing using liquid-handling systems.Conduct routine MS-based and non-MS-based experiments to support discovery, LNP formulation, analytical development, CMC, pharmacology, and bioanalytical objectives.With minimal supervision, troubleshoot and optimize analytical assays and laboratory workflows to address evolving research and development needs.Execute experiments, organize, analyze and interpret data, maintain accurate documentation in electronic laboratory notebooks (ELNs), and communicate findings through technical reports and presentations.Ensure compliance with laboratory procedures, safety requirements, SOPs, and documentation standards.Stay current with scientific literature, emerging technologies, and advances in proteomics, mass spectrometry, and related fields.Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones and scientific objectives.
