Turn labor data into clear insights that drive smarter global action.RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES - International Development Program/Project Manager | DOL ILAB Monitoring, Evaluation, Learning (MEL), and Data Services [PILAB009]Provide Government and Public Services Sector-related Hybrid – On/Off Client Site and Virtual Management and Financial Consulting, Acquisition and Grants Management Support, and Business Program and Project Management Services for DOL ILAB Monitoring, Evaluation, Learning (MEL), and Data Services as a Labor Category: Program Manager I with activities generally located CONUS/OCONUS - Mid Atlantic | CONUS/OCONUS - Mid Atlantic Washington, District of Columbia, United States — National Capital Region.The Project (Contract) Manager will have primary responsibility for ensuring that all deliverables under this contract are of the highest quality and are completed on time and within budgeted amounts.  The Project Manager will manage workflow among a bench of specialists, sub-contractors, and others contributing to the work performed under this PWS.  The Project Manager shall have full authority to act for The ProSidian Engagement Team on all contract matters relating to daily operation of this contract. Additionally, the Project Manager is responsible for managing the engagement; identifying problems and recommending resolutions; managing the project team; providing quality control; planning and assigning tasks to the evaluation team; acting as liaison between the COR and evaluation team; reviewing evaluation work; providing technical assistance to ILAB and project staff; and reviewing all reports and work output and interacting with clients on program and technical issues. The Project Manager will serve as the key point of contact for the evaluation by identifying and addressing technical and complex areas of the evaluation; monitoring job performance and quality on the evaluation; preparing and implementing the staffing plan, project plan, and quality control standards; and preparing and submitting monthly progress reports and final deliverables.  Serve as the ProSidian Engagement Team Contract Manager responsible for work performance.Provide operational oversight of the bench of specialists (e.g., managing workflow, staffing logistics, etc.)Maintain and manage a bench of qualified specialists spanning evaluation methods, sectors, geographies, and language fluency sufficient to staff assignments on six weeks’ notice throughout the period of performance.Establish and maintain full authority to act for The ProSidian Engagement Team on all contract matters relating to daily operation of this contract action.The contract manager or alternate shall be available between 9:00 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. E.T., Monday through Friday, and early mornings, evenings, and weekends during fieldwork, as needed.Manage workflow, budget, schedule, staffing, quality control, client liaison, monthly reporting and deliverable review.
