Lobby Lounge Busperson

Reporting to Food & Beverage Leadership, responsibilities and essential functions include, but are not limited to:Consistently provide professional, friendly, and engaging service.Deliver food and beverage items to guests in a timely and professional manner.Assist servers with table maintenance, clearing, cleaning, and resetting guest areas.Maintain cleanliness and organization of lobby lounge dining areas, service stations, and back-of-house support areas.Monitor and replenish water service, condiments, and guest support items as needed.Communicate effectively with kitchen, bar, and service teams to ensure smooth operational flow.Assist in maintaining cleanliness and presentation standards throughout the lobby lounge area.Support opening, ongoing, and closing side work duties.Follow all food safety, sanitation, and departmental policies and procedures.Support overall outlet operations and perform additional duties as assigned.
