Job Overview: You’re a stickler for great service. You ensure guests receive the finest cocktails.  You uphold the MAMA standards of service at all times. You stay current with MAMA Shelter Cocktail Program offerings through tastings and participate in trainings. You are genuine in your interactions with guests. Prepare garnishes, stock ice, glassware, and paper supplies. Ensure guests complaints are promptly addressed by management. Maintain workspaces are kept impeccably clean and tidy at all times. Have a clear knowledge on all inventory products. Follows proper cash and payment procedures. Maintain safe work habits and work environments You abide by all Alcohol Beverage Control safety standards. Other duties as assigned.
