BRAND AMBASSADOR

Bellabay Realty is hiring! We are looking for someone who is ready to make a career out of managing everything associated with our Brand, Agent Retention, and Recruiting. We call this role our Brand Ambassador. In order to fill this role you must have an Entrepreneurial Mindset- be willing to act like an owner of the outcome YOU create. We would love to list the responsibilities below:

The Responsibilities are as follows but are not limited to:

- Managing Facebook Account

- Running Facebook Ads

- Managing Instagram Account

- Managing Website

- Creating and Uploading Design Templates

- YouTube Uploads

- Constant Contact to Agents (recruitment)

- Responding to web inquiries via text/phone about joining the brokerage.

- Having cultural fit conversation/ speak about the brokerage and convert them to a Bellabay Agent

- Interviewing with each agent joining, over zoom call. Blast out to all of michigan

- Follow Up Success Interviews- TELL THE STORY

- Focus Program, email templates, flyer template, coordinating, scheduling

- Event planning and attending

- creating ad hoc content- edit and post

- creating social media calendar for planning

- Managing Facebook for business portal, with Facebook Pixel

- Posting on Linkedin/ manage job postings

- Being responsible for celebrating the agent as they onboard
