Rainbow Creek rental Property is currently looking for an Office Manager and Bookkeeper. The applicant must have 3 years of related office and Bookkeeper experience!
Work hours from 1:00pm to 6:00 pm Tue to Sat.
Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
Strong Organizational and time management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
Quickbooks Skills
Manage office functions, computer system/procedures/company process/administrative tasks
Ensure efficient execution and compliance process, which may include customer accounts, billing, inventory and other related job duties.
Candidate must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check and if hired subject to substance abuse testing in accordance with company policies.
