We are looking for an exceptional innovative team member who can lead the development, implementation, enhancement and administration of the facility and security programs, primarily at our Portland site. The position will be vital to build a culture of employee health & safety and good corporate stewardship. Reporting to the Director of Regional Facilities, this position will actively manage all Facility and Security initiatives in Portland to assure proper implementation/alignment of policies, procedures and programs that promote well managed and well-maintained properties. The position will be a key member of the Global Real Estate and Facilities team which in total is managing 2.7M SF, with 90+ offices in 26 countries throughout EMEA, NALA and APA. Provide strong leadership, manage and develop of the Facility team and Security programs and projects with an emphasis on collaboration with business leaders and stakeholders to understand and manage local and corporate business initiatives and strategies; provide support of corporate initiative as necessary

Manage and develop budgets for Fac/Security programs and initiatives; be accountable within a global budget

Build partnerships with third-party vendors, services providers, and contactors, while ensuring most cost-effective methods are being used to manage preventive maintenance of equipment, machinery, buildings, and other facilities and security programs

Manage site security, S2 security S/W, surveillance, and security badging and protocols as needed

Manage and develop Facility and Security specific business continuity and disaster recovery plans, including working with EHS and local site management on site continuity plans

Support the EHS team on related site requirements, building/strengthening an organizational safety culture, behavioral based safety for employee engagement, ownership, accountability and continuous improvement

Manage and develop the Facility-CSR and sustainability initiatives and collection of data analytics

Coordinate the design, planning, budget, and schedule for facility modifications, including estimates on construction, equipment, labor, materials and other related costs

Oversee space allocation and layout activities, and facilities expansion/consolidation projects; Provide manufacturing plant operational support on complex issues/projects as they arise to enable business to grow

What will you bring to the team, along with your curiosity is:BS Degree in related field with 7+ years of experience in related areas

Individual who likes solving challenges, looks for solutions and has a willingness to step out of their comfort zone

Success in this role is highly dependent on the ability to collaborate and develop great working relationships with local stakeholders, BU leads, individual site management, manufacturing and operations teams

Passion for sustainability and making a difference. Knowledge of CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) standards
