- 2-3 years of hands-on, IT support/desktop support or related technical support experience
- Experience configuring desktops, laptops, and other equipment
- Experience troubleshooting software and hardware (i.e. A+ certification)
- Experience imaging desktops and laptops for deployments
- Experience with Windows 7, 8, and 10 Operating Systems
- Comfortable with MS Office/O365 and other related software packages
- Familiarity with creating and maintaining Active Directory accounts and permissions
- Experience in a network environment, TCP/IP, cabling and switches
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
