Maintenance - Rental Property

Rental Property, multi units. Make Ready and normal maintenance. Painting, light construction, and plumbing. Handyman experience is necessary.

Must have your own tools (basic hand tools, drill, driver) and transportation, TRUCK is preferred as you will be hauling materials and appliances to the job site.
