Unified Communications Administrator
- 4+ years of experience with Microsoft VoIP based environments (Lync, Skype for Business, or Teams)
- Solid understanding of telco routing (IP-to-IP & SBC) and SIP, H323, G.711 etc.
- Solid understanding of networking
- Experience administrating VoIP Gateways
- Experience with e-fax systems
- Experience with video conferencing solutions
- Experience with administering Microsoft Windows Server, AD, DNS, DHCP, and GPO
- Experience with Microsoft Office 365
- Experience in implementing, maintaining, troubleshooting PBX environments
- Experience in project coordination
- Experience in purchasing and working with vendors and carriers
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong attention to detail, highly organized, computer literate
