Tree Care Professional - Climber/Ground Crew (experience required)

Tree Frog Service is looking for the right persons to fill our growing company. We have been in business in the greater Kenosha area since 2004, and have since grown exponentially.

About Us:

We're located on the Kenosha/Racine border

Work is outside and all year

Competitive hourly pay; paid weekly

General Employment Requirements:

Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Legal citizen or allowed to work in the US

Strong work ethic and good values; team player

Currently seeking to fill the following full-time positions:

GROUNDMAN/GENERAL EMPLOYEE (prior experience is required):

Driving tree trucks to and from job sites

Haul brush and wood from tree to chipper

Operate chainsaws, chipper, mini skid, and rope rigging

Assist climber or lift operator however needed

Clean up on worksite including leftover brush, sticks, leaves, etc, on the ground

Clean up and store all equipment following completion of a job

CLIMBER (prior experience required):

Perform all required climbing and aerial lift duties in support of specific job assignments

Demonstrate high safety standards

Sound tree risk assessment skills

proper application of approved knots, climbing techniques and procedures and rigging

Pruning and removal skills

Haul brush and wood from tree to chipper when not climbing

All tasks listed under groundsman, when on the ground and not climbing.

An ISA certified arborist would be a plus, but not required
