You are a match for the Inside Sales Retention role if you:

Know how to negotiate & educate the customer

Utilize active listening skills and utilize effective probing questions

Poses the ability to empathize and correctly identify and resolve customer concerns

Have a proven ability in overcoming objections and ability to deal with rejection

Some of your essential job functions will be to:

Confidently manage inbound disconnect/downgrade calls from existing customers

Skillfully retain customers through positive negotiation & relationship building

Diffuse the irate customer by utilizing strong listening skills and probing questions

Identify reason(s) for disconnect requests and overcome objections to save the customer

Save and re-sell the value of products and services by properly aligning the customer expectations
