Guidewire Datahub / Infocenter Lead Location: Fort wayne, IN12+ Months Contract Zensar is seeking an experienced Datahub Lead to drive development using SAP BODS to migrate legacy policy data to Guidewire DataHub/InfoCenter. WHAT THIS ROLE DOES:Develop, performance tune and maintain ETL objects and scripts using SAP BODS . Provide BODS subject matter expert (SME) for the DataHub/InfoCenter.Manage multiple technical project workflows and ensuring data quality from end-to-end. PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Design, develop SAP BODS objects and workflows. Assessing requirements and defining the strategy, technical architecture, implementation plan and delivery of data integration projects.Design, develop and maintain ETL data integration process with the DataHub/InfoCenter teamDesign ETL Framework for Audit Balance Control, Error handling and DataHub/InfoCenter ReconciliationAnalyze and provide technical solution for the DataHub from data integration and design perspective. Work with other departments on solidifying the solution from data and work flow perspective to ensure an integral end-to-end solution.Implement the data mappings captured from legacy Policy applications to DataHub/InfoCenter data model.Establish interfaces, developing and modifying functions, programs, routines, and stored procedures to extract, transform, and load dataCoordinating actions among developers, production control, DBA, infrastructure team and project vendor to implement the ETL scripts and objects.Validates ETL by developing and executing test plans and scenarios including data design and data quality.Perform and maintain performance of data warehouse by identifying and resolving data conflicts, optimizing databases, networks and hardware.Incorporate metadata and data lineage to support BI data reporting.Optimize the ETL design by implementing mappings, sessions and workflows and managing the reusable components efficiently REQUIRED SKILLSCollege degree in Business, MIS, or related discipline preferredSAP BODS Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, Requirements Analysis and Design, Data Conversion, Data Modeling with relational and dimensional structuresSelf-managing and ability to lead project solution end-to-end.High analytical skill and experience to support transitioning data architecture in a legacy and service oriented environment.Strong communication skill and ability to interact at all levels including management level communication.Excellent verbal communication skillsExcellent written communication/process documentation skillsExcellent interpersonal skillsAbility to prioritize and organize multiple tasksAbility to remain organized with multiple interruptionsAbility to lead other technical team members and knowledge shareAbility to recommend and present solution with justifications to management and related teams. REQUIRED EXPERIENCEAt least minimum 5 years of hands-on design, workflow, development and performance tuning experience in data warehouse, SQL Server/Oracle, and Informatica Powercenter or SAP BODS or Guidewire Datahub / InfocenterSubject matter expert experience with Informatica Powercenter or SAP BODS including architecture, design, ETL trouble shooting and performance tuning.Working experience with policy, claims and billing administration is a strongly preferred
