Job DescriptionCACI is seeking a cleared System Administrator - SCIF Manager to support the S&TCD CSIA division at Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland.What You’ll Get to Do:Supports senior staff as required and ensures customer requirements and project milestones are met.

Performing hands on integration and testing of software with target hardware in the loop.

Interfacing with various disciplines including system engineering, database engineering and configuration management staff and groups.

Supports the planning and test efforts for new/existing database baselines received from the Engineering team.

Manages and prioritizes multiple, diverse projects simultaneously.

Documents, tracks and escalates issues as appropriate.

Provides technical advice and recommendations on problem areas in assigned fields of specialization.

Provides analyses and information regarding assigned systems for configuration control boards and other resource management planning meetings.

Attends meetings with other DOD elements, industry and educational institutions to exchange information and resolve problems regarding assigned systems and projects.

Performs consistent checks of the Backend Servers as well as the Message Servers and all networking connections that need to be maintained.

Ensures that the database is up and running and that there are no replication issues.

Performs consistent checks and repairs replication problems as they arise.

Performs checks of the oracle database side of things to get database health.

Ensures backups are running.

Check logs for any issues.

Check that disk space on servers and ensure that none of the drives are full.

Makes sure that nightly backups on both servers have been completed.

Ensures that all network connections to the remote sites are up and operational.

Manages all connections to the infrastructure.

Manage and facilitate proper SCIF security processes.

Support NSA Government-off-the-shelf (GOTS) certification processes.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:Active Top Secret clearance.

Obtain a Security+ certification within six months of hire.

Must demonstrate an understanding of IP networking, protocols such as HTTP and HTTPS, firewalls, routers, etc.

Must be familiar with FIPS 140-2 cryptography and other NIST cryptographic publications.

Ability to support and coordinate multiple processes with NSA.

Updates and maintains scripts to address business and technical use cases.

Updates and maintains Test Reports and Test Plans.

Supports the automation strategy/effort and generate scripts to perform automated testing cycles.

Executes and analyzes automation test results.

Experience with Red Hat, SELinux Understanding, SW development.

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:OS Certifications

Ability to obtain CISSP or CASP.

Ability to work in a team focused, dynamic environment.

Must be flexible, independent, and self-motivated.

Must be punctual with regular and consistent attendance.

Experience with NSA GOTS certification and/or Commercial Solutions for Classified (CSfC).

Previous Sensitive Compartmentalized Information (SCI) eligibility preferred.
