Mental Health Therapist

Description:

Full-Time paid position with benefits for MFT or ASW intern (post-Masters degree) with BBS registration number. Work with patients with mental illness and often co-occurring substance use disorders under DMH contracted mental health programs at Long Beach outpatient location. Conduct assessments, psychotherapy, some case management services, and work with a team of mental health clinicians, case managers, and psychiatrists. Prior knowledge of DMH paperwork strongly preferred. Supervision hours for licensure will be provided. Bi-lingual preferred but not required.
