We are focused on relationship development and positioning efforts within the private company arena – Private Enterprises , Private Equity at https://www2.deloitte.com/us/en/pages/audit/solutions/private-equity-audit-accounting-services.html and Emerging Growth Company practices.You will report to the IS&O Chief of Staff and work closely with other leaders, core team members including remote support teams. You will support our audit partners and audit sales executives nationally by playing a key role in market research, pipeline management, targeting, portfolio company pursuits, results reporting and tracking and analytics.The ideal candidate for this role will be an initiative taker who is curious to learn, adaptable in challenging situations, organized, flexible, comfortable conducting quantitative analyses and driven to find solutions. In addition, this candidate will be comfortable communicating with partners, managing directors and senior managers within Deloitte; have demonstrated the ability to work collaboratively as well as independently; and highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint. Previous experience with a professional services firm is preferred.Other responsibilities will include:Understand business, industry, marketplace priorities, and competitive landscape

Support targeting and pursuit efforts through the creation of custom intelligence packets, working with partners, managing directors, senior managers and sales executives across the US

Employ data analytics to amplify internal deliverables – results reporting, success metrics and reporting packages

Work closely with other operating groups to ensure timely, useful and accurate deliverables

Team with counterparts throughout the organization to leverage programs and deliverables and share best in class practices

Liaise with marketing teams to provide content and research for eminence building activities

Liaise with support teams located abroad, overseeing knowledge management resources

Actively seek opportunities to push toward a higher level of performance and effectiveness vs. being satisfied with a maintenance mode of operation

QualificationsRequired:4-year college degree, preferably in business, marketing, or other related discipline

A minimum of 1-3 years of prior relevant experience

Preferred:Excellent written and oral communication and strong organizational skills

Excellent abilities in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and strong in Microsoft Word. Salesforce and Power BI experience is a plus.

Comfortable engaging with all levels of an organization with the ability to develop strong relationships

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume, and often ambiguous/fast-changing environment

Detail-oriented, with excellent project management and follow-through skills

Demonstrated ability to take initiative, solve problems, and work under tight deadlines

Team-oriented individual with proven ability to manage multiple projects at once

Knowledge of the technology industry and the venture capital and private equity industries are a plus
