Boat Finance/Loan Person

This Job is Located on Oahu Hawaii. The right candidate for the position is one who excels at what they do and are willing to better themselves and grow with us as a company. We are looking for a true team player who can work closely with the sales department to help get customers boats and motors financed. We are willing to help train someone with a background in loan processing to learn Marine finance.

Essential Skills for this Position:

Ability to structure finance transactions

Process credit application and secure financing for customer.

Coordinate delivery date with customer and service department to ensure a smooth transaction.

Ensure compliance in the finance deals and associated paperwork and processes.

Uphold strict legal and ethical standards while conducting business.

Demonstrate commitment to supporting the sales department in achieving its goals while also looking out for the best interests of the dealership.

Project a professional image and provide excellent customer service.

Excellent communication skills, to effectively deal with customers and colleagues

Ability and willingness to learn quickly

Exhibit strong problem solving skills

Lightspeed EVO or Similar DMS experience a plus

Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel

Honda and Yamaha Finance experience A+

Bank Of the West Finance experience A+
