HVAC-New Construction

We are a rapidly growing regional HVAC company and we are looking for a team player to fill the position of HVAC installer.

The ideal candidate would have approximately 3-5 years of experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsible for performing the removal, installation and start-up of HVAC equipment.

Install furnaces, duct work, high/low voltage circuits, finish grills, minor dry wall repair etc. on properties.

Installation of sheet metal includes installation of gutter, downspouts, wall to roof, rake metal flashings along with chaise caps and roof crickets

Should understand the complete installation of HVAC and Sheetmetal on a residential tract home.

Install flues, kitchen hood and refrigerant lines.

Should know how to install an air conditioner, braze refrigerant lines and check for leaks

Maintain company-issued car; secure and organize tools, maintain equipment inventory, change oil and wash car as necessary.

Clean workspace in homes after removal or installation is complete.

Perform all other related duties as directed by supervisor.

Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities):

Experience with HVAC retrofit install/ startup required.

Must possess a valid California driver’s license; clear DMV report required.

High School diploma or GED equivalent preferred.

Must be able to communicate effectively in English in both verbal and written formats, bi-lingual English/Spanish preferred.

Should possess basic math skills, capable of handling money payments.

Should be capable of managing e-mail, phone calls, etc. from cell phone.

Should possess excellent customer service and communication skills.

Must possess mental and physical capacities necessary to perform the job duties.
