Where and When
§ 164 Coffee Pot Drive (Bashas' shopping center)
§ January - April 2021
§ Office hours Monday through Friday 8:30am to 6:00pm, Saturday 9:00am to 4:00pm
Duties
§ Answer and route incoming calls
§ Make appointments in calendar software
§ Make outgoing calls to set or confirm appointments
§ Maintain client database, both electronic and hard copy
§ Greet clients, process paperwork, process payments
§ Reconcile cash register and petty cash
§ Maintain office equipment, order and organize supplies, scan and send documents, and other general office duties as required
Required Skills
§ Two plus years minimum of administrative office experience
§ Reliable (minimal absences) and punctual
§ Able to solve problems independently
§ Productive when not supervised
§ Calm under pressure
§ Highly proficient with use of computers and common electronic tasks
§ Learn new software quickly and figure out functions independently
§ Intermediate proficiency with Excel: data entry, sorting, simple formulas
§ Experience with appointment setting a plus
§ Excellent phone skills
§ Clear speaking voice
§ Professional and friendly demeanor
§ Ability to do data entry and talk simultaneously
Compensation
§ Hourly wage, $15 and up based on experience and skills.
§ Opportunity for overtime
