- Managing data integrity and data enrichment activities
- Web and ERP Product Attribute Management as well as data and image updates
- Working with category managers to "own" their category assortment of products and the data represented while ensuring data is ready and meets standards
- Working with our tools and 3rd parties where necessary to fill in data gaps
- Working seamlessly with Web team, Marketing team, Logistics teams, etc. to ensure needs are met, tollgates are passed and proper change management protocols are followed
- Process Compliance - ensure documentation and processes are followed
- No coding is involved in this role
- Bachelor's degree
- Prior Data Experience (at least 1 year is a must) + coursework and internships will also be considered
- Excellent organization and communication skills
- Ability to balance incoming ticket-based requests
- Experience with Excel, working with v look-ups, formatting and formulas
- Experience with maintaining data within a Product Information Management tool (PIM) while following defined rules and process
- Experience within the data space and developing SOPs and Runbooks would be a huge plus
- Experience with tools such as: Oracle, Product Information Management (PIM) - Agility, Smartsheet, Syndigo and Jira (ticketing system)
