CPS Technologies has an immediate opening for a third shift experienced maintenance mechanic in our facility in Norton, MA. We offer a competitive wage and benefit package with overtime. The third shift schedule is from 11:00pm to 7:30am Sunday Night to Friday Morning. Friday night work as overtime if necessary.
Purpose:
Responsible for the installation, maintenance, modification, and preventive maintenance of all plant equipment including building systems.
Primary Duties:
Installs and modify facility equipment
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic and PLC controlled systems
Perform emergency repairs as needed with minimal supervision
Perform preventive maintenance based on maintenance and operations plan
Utilize a CMMS (work order system) to generate and complete work orders
Qualifications:
Minimum High School Diploma. College or credited courses in any engineering discipline a plus.
Computer experience in Outlook, Word, and Excel a plus.
Minimum of 5 years' experience.
Must be able to work overtime, all shifts, and weekends if required.
HVAC, Refrigeration, Electrical experience a plus.
Compensation:
Commensurate with experience. $21 to $31 per hour
12% differential for 3rd shift
