Foodland Farms Ala Moana announces the casting call for ELEVEN Cocktail Bar. A new bar featuring artisanal cocktail creations and savory small plates. Join us in the making of our new thrilling venture into cocktail utopia!

We are looking to fill our Bartender positions (casual). We are seeking high energy, responsible, creative bar professionals who are passionate about creating a welcoming place for guests to enjoy high quality food & beverages.

Bartenders must have excellent customer service, be able to work and communicate well with others, follow directions and department/company standard operating procedures. Bartenders assist the bar manager by keeping the bar areas neat, clean, stocked, and organized. They interact with guests, anticipate their food & beverage needs, take their orders, enter orders into the system, as well as ensure that safety and sanitation guidelines are followed. Bartenders must maintain a neat, well-groomed personal appearance, and observe the company dress code. Bar staff must also abide by all company policies, house rules and guiding principles; support the company culture, values, and mission; and maintain a positive attitude toward the work and company.

Qualifications:

- previous bar experience preferred

- High school education preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience

- must have recent TB Clearance

- must comply with all company policies and requirements including the COVID-19 vaccination policy
