Case Manager - Personal Injury

Prominent, professional, cordial, 5 Attorney law firm has an opening for a Case Manager in our Plaintiff Pre-Litigation Personal Injury Department.

Qualified candidates will have at least 2 years of experience with all facets of a Pre-Litigation case from initial client intake through preparation of the DEMAND PACKAGE. You must have experience preparing Demand letters and packages. Case Management is important in this position as you will share a case load with other Case Managers.

Case Managers must have excellent customer service skills, be dependable, be compassionate, and have excellent communication skills.

This is a full-time position, with great benefits. Salary will range between $52K-66K base with an excellent bonus structure that can add an additional $1K per month to your income
