Customer Service coordinator/Dispatcher (Newington CT)

Rooterman is looking a Customer service coordinator/Dispatcher.

Pay 40k to 55k Full Time with OT and weekends as needed.

Skills: Will have excellent communication, verbal and written. Can work

long days, and be a self thinker and problem solver. Can easily assess a problem to resolution.

will be extremely organized person inside and out with attention to details.

Duties/Responsibilities: Prepares Daily Schedule for service techs, coordinates the entire service

call from start to finish. Will plan route to get to customer location.

Geographical knowledge a MUST HAVE SKILL.

Will be in contacts with techs through out the day to know where they are.

Answer a multi line phone at company first contact person at company.

Handles various paperwork and records. Will be able to work alone with out supervision.

Will be able to perform all office duties: copying, typing, email, answering phone call, faxing and filing.

Acts as a support staff member as needed.

Must record results from every service call.

Must be a competent decision maker.

Will work well under pressure and deadlines.

Will be in contact with all techs throughout to get updates on service call and projects.

Schedule will be flexible to work, early and late days and weekends as needed for urgent situations.

Qualification: All applications must pass a drug test and criminal background test.

Candidates will have 2 years dispatching plus industry field background. College degree preferred.
