Lead Builder-Canyon Design Build.com (oakland piedmont / montclair)

High end custom residential Design Build contractor is looking for an experienced Lead Builder with residential remodeling experience.

This person must be able to take a project from start to completion and is responsible for insuring the highest level of quality, while keeping to the construction schedule and budget.

Candidate must have hands on experience and be able to manage multiple projects and on site operations including; on-site crew management, client interface, sub-contractor management, job site safety.
