Full Charge Bookkeeper

Arnies Restaurants NW Inc. is a well established 40 year old local restaurant company operating 3 different brands. We are currently looking for an experienced full charge bookkeeper to join our family! This is a full time position.

We are looking for a passionate and committed team member that wants to work in a fun, fast-paced environment. The right candidate will be an energetic self- starter with a positive attitude and a natural leader as they will be leading and developing all members of accounting and payroll. You will report monthly internal financials accurately and timely to our restaurant locations and directly to the president and owners of the company. This person must be organized, creative, and have excellent communication and time management skills. We are a small restaurant group dedicated to providing our guests with the excellence they deserve. What we are looking for:

2+ years of professional accounting experience

Bachelor's degree in Accounting and/or equivalent education and experience

Accomplished in accrual accounting with restaurant accounting experience a plus

Knowledge of Restaurant 365 accounting software a plus

Ability to produce, analyze and communicate accurate and timely financials including P&L's, Sales Journals, and balance sheets.

Expert at MS Excel, formulas, and extracting data into useful information

Practiced in closing year end and working with a CPA firm for company tax return

Ability to prioritize, time manage, and work with limited supervision

Previous experience in filing county, state and federal (payroll) returns

Veteran of bank reconciliations and budget forecasting

Restaurant experience a plus, background in Micros POS 3700 system a huge plus

Support management in ROI capital and operational projects as needed
