Find your future with us.Boeing Global Services is seeking an experienced people and program leader to join our Engineering Support and Sustainment Project Management organization as a Support Equipment Program Integrator .This position is responsible for providing Engineering leadership to a team representing multiple skill areas, which may include internal and external resources and customers. This position is responsible for developing statement of work (SOW) to satisfy research and development, ongoing and new business requirements. Works with customers and management to obtain approval. Responds to changes to SOW, assesses the impact and negotiates proposed changes to determine modifications to the deliverables, resources, costs and schedules. Leads project execution to complete the work statement. Identifies performance metrics. Plans, identifies, and coordinates resources required over the life of the project or program. Defines plans for risk mitigation and opportunity. Compares actual results to baseline plan to assess project performance, efficiencies, productivity and lessons learned. Provides technical, business and integration leadership for the development and execution of project or team plans.We seek a proactive and highly motivated individual capable of managing multiple tasks and working with minimal supervision. This position will report to the Senior Manager of Support Equipment Project Management/Ops.This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.Position Responsibilities:

Employer will not sponsor applicants for employment visa status.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

A Bachelor's Degree or higher

5+ year of experience in Program Management Best Practices (i.e., Requirements Management, Resource Management, Integrated Planning and Scheduling, Financial Oversight (EVM), Program Performance Management, Supplier Integration, RIO (Risk, Issue, Opportunity) Management, Program Communication, Senior Leadership Reviews, etc.)

3+ years of experience integrating supplier or partner plans and schedules into the Program schedule and managing the integrated Master Schedule at the Program level

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

Familiar with Boeing Management Best Practices, Program start up, and US Government EXPORT requirements

Knowledge of support Equipment tools such as BORIS, STEP, DE2, and CRIs

Knowledge of support equipment design, development, production and sustainment with emphasis on “Operational and Maintenance Capabilities” for both On and Off Platform Support

Experience evaluating supplier bids, coordinating supplier deliveries, trouble-shooting supplier performance issues, and working directly with Boeing Procurement and suppliers to manufacture and deliver support equipment or related aircraft and training equipment

Strong verbal and written communications skills to facilitate communications across the multi-disciplined support equipment teams, Vertical Program (USN, USAF, etc.) organization, and Foreign Customers

Experience in the preparation and delivery of briefings to Boeing and external customers

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications with special emphasis on Access, Excel, PowerPoint and Project

Familiarity with integrated logistics support disciplines including Technical Publications, Spares, LSA/Provisioning as they relate to support equipment development, production and sustainment

Experience with domestic Vertical Lift customer base to include USN, USMC, US Army, USAF and SOCOM

Typical Education/ Experience:Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years' related work experience, 14 years' related work experience, etc.).Relocation:Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position.
