Accounts Payable Specialist

Our client is a large-scale and rapidly growing organization that is looking to add an Accounts Payable Specialist. This company is looking for someone professional that can work on a team just as effectively as they can work independently.

SALARY/HOURLY RATE:

$22 – $24/hr

POSITION OVERVIEW:

Accounts Payable Specialist applicants must have strong attention to detail, and analytical skills. Looking for a Accounts Payable Specialist with previous experience, but willing to train the right candidate.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ACCOUNTS PAYABLE SPECIALIST:

Matching, batching, coding and entering invoices

Researching and resolving accounts payable with customers and vendors

Updating and reconciling sub-ledger to the general ledger

High volume Accounts Payable experience or equivalent knowledge

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE ACCOUNTS PAYABLE SPECIALIST:

Ability to work in a fast pace environment

Strong excel skills

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

Associate’s degree and/or equivalent experience is required
