Scheduling/Dispatch Coordinator

Description

-Work order/project management

-Collaborate with staff, vendors, customers

-Schedule and follow up on delivery, installation, repairs

-Assign staff and oversee paperwork for projects

-Keep projects on schedule

Requirements

-High School Diploma or equivalent

-Strong customer service outlook

-Experience in dispatching/scheduling

-Proven work ethic and ability to juggle multiple priorities

-Ability to prioritize projects and duties as necessary.

-Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
