Payroll Specialist

Denham Resources’ client in Fresno is looking for a Payroll Specialist with Residential Property experience. If you have excellent customer service to offer please call! Our client is committed to providing all customers and residents with top notch service and a positive experience!

This is a Direct Hire position.

Description

-Review time cards

-Data Entry into databases and spreadsheets

-Run time & labor and payroll

-Manage direct deposits

-Manage Earnings and Deductions

-Manage Wage Garnishments

-Make adjustments in pay for after-hours, overtime, raises, etc.

-Create and run various reports

Requirements

- MUST HAVE 6 MO - 1 YEAR of Paylocity experience and 2 years of California payroll experience to be considered

-Strong knowledge of California Wage/hour laws

-Good understanding of the common fiscal procedures

-Excellent verbal/written communication skills

-Strong computer literacy including Microsoft Office applications

-Exceptional multitasking and organizational skills

-Able to work effectively with minimal supervision

-Tech Savvy
