Central Maine Property Management hiring full time maintenance person to be a part of our Team!
We service Lewiston, Auburn and surrounding areas.
Person must be able to assess, fix and maintain a variety of general maintenance issues that arise in maintaining property: Basic trouble shooting skills, carpentry, plumbing, painting, etc.

Hours are Mon.-Fri. between 8 - 5 Rotating on-call apx. 1x every 4-7 weeks, compensated extra for being on-call week + time.
Compensation: 8 Paid holidays; 1(+) week Paid Time Off, Mileage, $100 phone stipend/ month, Extra Pay for On-call week, 401K starts in April
Mandatory: valid driver's license, dependable transportation, basic tools, experience, clean background check
Pay rate based on experience, skill, tools.
