Job Title: Technical Program Product Manager IIILocation: Redmond, WA (Onsite)Duration: 4 MonthsPay Range: $76.31/hr.We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Technical Program Product Manager III to join our dynamic team in Redmond, WA. As a key contributor to the Kuiper Program, you will play a crucial role in developing and managing projects with a focus on security, performance, availability, and reliability. This position involves acting as a bridge between External Payment Services and internal stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.Responsibilities:

Develop and manage projects related to the Program, ensuring timely execution and high standards of security and reliability.

Act as a liaison between External Payment Services and internal customers, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.

Define project requirements, plan delivery, and contribute to the design of websites and features.

Provide escalation management, anticipate, and make tradeoffs, and balance business needs with technical constraints.

Work closely with different groups within the organization, demonstrating a good track record of effective collaboration.

Utilize Smartsheet for scheduling and be proficient with Confluence and Jira for efficient program management.

Experience with Configuration Management and Product Life cycle Management.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or a related field.

3-5 years of industry experience as a software developer or technical lead is required.

Knowledge of the payments or mobile payments space is a plus.

Proven track record of successfully delivering software products from conception through deployment.

Strong entrepreneurial spirit with excellent product and program management skills.

Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Exceptional written and oral communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Technical engineering degree, with preference given to Aerospace engineering, Mechanical engineering, or computer science.
