Pacesetter Personnel Services is hiring a full time, permanent counter helper/customer service representative for a construction supply company in Round Rock.

Job Description:

This position is responsible for communicating with customers, understanding their needs and ensuring a smooth sales/rental delivery process. You will also be responsible for supporting our outside sales team in the sales process. This position requires that you be able to build instant rapport, be a good listener and be able to achieve customer satisfaction. This position requires strong customer service and communication skills.

Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Taking and filling phone and front counter orders

Assisting outside sales reps with pricing and orders

Creating and processing purchase orders

Job Requirements:

Minimum 2 years experience in the construction industry

Minimum 2 years experience of construction material sales

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Strong listening and sales skills

Possess the ability to multi-task

Knowledge and/or experience with windows based programs

Detail oriented

Knowledge of competitive pricing and maintaining margins

Communication skills in Spanish is a plus

Must be able to pass a drug test

Must have a clean criminal history

Payrate: Varies based on experience, open to discussion at the time of interview.
