Customer Service person needed for local business

One full time position available immediately for the right individual and training will be included. This individual will be expected to be on time every day and fulfill all duties to remain employed. This is a sedentary position and is very light in nature. We have tried being nice and casual, now we need to be firm to prevent wasting further time and money seeing as we are just out of a 30-day waste of time and money. (90-day probation)

Must have integrity in everything (if you don't have it, don't apply), (don't lie because it will come out)

Must have valid identification and be able to provide it when you interview

Must be on time every day. (We are looking for a responsible person only)

Must have reliable transportation (no excuse will be accepted for tardy or no show)

Must have knowledge of Microsoft/Windows platforms and general experience on a computer.

Must practice nonuse of cell phone during business hours, unless there is an emergency.

Must keep ALL personal problems and drama away from the business.

Must have strong customer service ability

Must be able to talk over a microphone and 2way radio

Must be able to learn quickly and think on their feet

Must be able to multitask, answer the phone, radio, or customer.

Must have strong focus and detail skills

Must be able to work well with others.

Must be able to follow instructions and directions to complete each task given.
