HVAC Service Coordinator/Dispatcher

Well-known HVAC service and installation company is seeking a qualified individual to answer phones and assist customers as needed, coordinate/dispatch service technicians, data entry, filing etc., may also involve inside sales of small jobs, parts, and service agreements with the right apptitude. We utilize tablet-based scheduling and work orders. Must have a courteous and professional customer interaction at all times. Full-time with lots of growth potential for the right person. Ability to work with MA Save applications, permits, subcontractors and general office duties as well is a plus. Previous experience is desired, the position also offers, commissions and bonuses as earned, 5 Days Sick Time, Holidays, Vacation Time, Medical & Dental Insurance after 90 day probation period, as well as life insurance - Work Schedule is office-based only, Monday to Friday: 7am - 3;30pm (minimum).
