Landscaping and Maintenance Person Opening

Description:

Mobile Estates Mobile Home Park, located between Eureka and Arcata, is looking to hire a part time landscaping, and general maintenance person.

Job Responsibilities:

Maintain landscaping, including mowing, trimming, and gardening.

Ensure all areas of the property are clean, safe, and well-maintained.

Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.

Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory.

Conduct routine maintenance tasks on buildings, equipment, and grounds.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in maintenance, lawn care, and light plumbing.

Strong knowledge of landscaping equipment and grounds maintenance.

Ability to operate maintenance tools and equipment safely.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
